We use your personal information to take and handle clothing orders, cut unstitched suit fabric and sarees to specification, package shipments at our Vastralatha showroom, deliver parcels through couriers or arrange store pickup in Vijayawada, process payments, and communicate with you about orders, products, and promotional previews.
• Order dispatch tracking and delivery communications. We use your contact information to send transactional order confirmations, dispatch updates, airway bill tracking numbers, and live shipment tracking links via SMS, WhatsApp, and email.
• Provide, troubleshoot, and improve Pardhu Creations Services. We use your personal information to provide functionality, analyze performance, fix errors, and improve the usability and effectiveness of our online store and inventory catalog.

Examples include fulfilling orders for clothing and textiles, delivering packages, sending postal mail and email, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing search results, processing payments, transmitting content, and providing customer service. These third-party service providers (such as Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, Rapido, and Razorpay) have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes. Further, they must process the personal information in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws.
• Protection of Pardhu Creations and Others: We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law; enforce or apply our Terms of Service and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Pardhu Creations, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction. Obviously, however, this does not include selling, renting, sharing, or otherwise disclosing personally identifiable information from customers for commercial purposes in violation of the commitments set forth in this Privacy Notice.

How Secure Is Information About Me?

We design our systems with your security and privacy in mind:

• We work to protect the security of your personal information during transmission by using Transport Layer Security (TLS/SSL) encryption software (256-bit), which encrypts information you input.
• PCI-DSS Compliance & Card Data Safety: We adhere to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when handling payment data through RBI-authorized payment gateways (e.g. Razorpay). Pardhu Creations does NOT collect, store, view, or retain your Debit/Credit Card CVVs, full card numbers, Net Banking credentials, or UPI PINs. All financial payments occur strictly within the secure, encrypted sandbox of certified banking networks.
• We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage, and disclosure of personal customer information. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we disclose personal information to you.
• Customer passwords are cryptographically salted and hashed using industry-standard bcrypt algorithms. Passwords cannot be read or reversed by anyone, including Pardhu Creations store managers or staff.
• It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computers, devices, and applications. We recommend using a unique password for your Pardhu Creations account. Be sure to sign out when finished using a shared computer.

What Choices Do I Have (Your Legal Rights under the DPDP Act, 2023)?

As a Data Principal under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act, 2000, you possess the following enforceable legal rights:

• Right to Access Information: You have the right to request a summary of personal data that is being processed by Pardhu Creations, the processing activities undertaken, and the identities of third-party logistics partners with whom your information has been shared.
• Right to Correction and Updating: You have the right to correct, complete, and update inaccurate or misleading personal data. You can add or update certain information on pages such as those referenced in What Information Can I Access?. When you update information, we usually keep a copy of the prior version for our statutory records.
• Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was processed. (Please note: Commercial order invoices and tax records must be retained for 7 years to comply with statutory audit requirements under Section 36 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017).
• Right to Withdraw Consent: Where you have consented to the processing of your personal data for specific purposes (such as voluntary customer reviews, cloth drape photo/video showcases, or WhatsApp promotional notifications), you may withdraw your consent at any time, and we will cease processing of such data.
• Right of Grievance Redressal: You have the right to readily accessible means of grievance redressal provided by Pardhu Creations in respect of any act or omission regarding the performance of our obligations under Indian law. You also have the right to escalate any unresolved grievances to the Data Protection Board of India.

Are Children Allowed to Use Pardhu Creations Services?

Pardhu Creations does not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children's clothing, festive ethnic wear, and kids' garments for purchase by adults. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use Pardhu Creations Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without verifiable parental consent in accordance with Section 9 of the DPDP Act, 2023.
